Acceptance

By accessing or using spinonlinewheel.com, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Stop using the service if you do not agree. If you use the service for an organization, classroom, event, or other group, you are responsible for having authority to do so and for the way the service is used in that setting.

What the service provides

The site provides browser-based tools for ordinary random choices, games, teaching activities, team exercises, and informal draws. Each visible entry receives an equal slice. The current implementation selects an entry with the browser Web Crypto API before animating the wheel.

The service does not provide accounts, cloud backups, eligibility verification, official draw records, legal compliance review, or an independently audited lottery system.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the service in accordance with these terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the entries, images, and files you use. Do not use the service to process unlawful content, distribute malware, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, or harass or endanger others. Confirm eligibility, consent, age suitability, accessibility, safety, and local requirements outside the wheel.

Regulated lotteries, paid-entry promotions, high-value prizes, security decisions, medical choices, and other consequential uses may require controls this tool does not provide. Obtain appropriate professional advice and independent systems where necessary.

You must not interfere with the service, bypass security or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, overload the service, introduce malicious code, use automated access that materially disrupts operation, or present a result as independently certified or legally binding when it is not.

Local data and exported files

Wheel data is stored in browser local storage and may be lost. Exported files can contain all entries, settings, results, and embedded image data. Keep those files private when their contents are sensitive.

Randomness and results

The wheel is intended as a general-purpose decision aid. A selected result can be affected by the entries supplied, duplicate labels, browser or device conditions, software defects, and later edits. You are responsible for reviewing the setup and deciding whether the tool is appropriate for a particular use. Do not rely on it where an audited, regulated, tamper-evident, or independently supervised process is required.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, fail, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, preservation of local data, or suitability for a particular purpose.

The site may depend on third-party hosting, analytics, browser, and network services. We are not responsible for third-party services or for external websites linked from the site, and their terms and privacy policies may apply separately.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spin Online Wheel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, missed opportunities, disputed results, or decisions made using the service.

Intellectual property

The site design, code, copy, and Spin Online Wheel branding are protected by applicable laws. You retain any rights you already have in content you enter and remain responsible for having permission to use it. These terms do not give us ownership of your wheel entries or imported files.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, respond to legal requirements, or address a violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Removing access does not recover wheel data stored only in your browser.

Updates

We may revise these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing your use of the service, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
